Penultimate

The last home game of the season; an emotional occasion. A farewell to one of our favourite sons, Ian Black. I should write at length about football; maybe one day I will. But if it was at length, no one would read it - the goldilocks principle applies to blip too.
So, I'll be brief: all thoughts are on a game two weeks hence. A big one. Too big, said a Hibs friend of mine and he was quite correct. So, there was a lunch beforehand, and there were a couple of beers and a whisky afterwards. And much chat of a political nature. But nothing nothing nothing comes close to what awaits us in two weeks time.
