Sunday 6 May 2012: Out to play
...with all the cool kids ;o)
This morning I joined a photography club I'm a recent member of (I've never met them before or come to a meeting) but since I've just purchased an external flash for my camera I couldn't say no when one of the members offered to teach a group of us how to use flash in portrait photography outdoors.
Lots of photos were taken, most of them no good at all, but I learned a lot and now I just have to practice more.
I've also added a new "toy" to my wish list - a reflector/diffuser. What a difference this little item can make!
