Mofongo for lunch

Another culinary mission with Peter and Arvin, this time in the Bronx. The target was a local 'lechonera' or a Dominican/Puerto Rican casual place specialized in roast pork (caribbean style!). Beside pounds of roast pork, we tried few plantains' dishes like the mofongo. Quite yummy!
