Monday 7 May 2012: Going, going, gone
15 meter Norfolk Island Pine has gone today. It took the tree cutters nearly 6 hours to get to this part (pic.3). They are still cutting the trunk. It is a shame, I like these pines and it was a beautiful specimen.
From other news, I made it to another birthday. Hip hip hurray! And today I took a day off to buy myself a not so little present. A photographic equipment kind of a present, what else.
