Kerbside Colour

The pavement by my house is littered with petals from the blossoming cherry tree arching over it. It was unexpectedly beautiful.

Today I went walking in the woods with Mum & Dad - my outfit choice included wellies, which turned out to be a very wise decision as I was overcome with a need to splash through every puddle we saw.

I think I have regressed to childhood.

Note: My pedantic Father has informed me that it is in fact an apple blossom tree. Gotta love horticulturalists.
