Monday 7 May 2012: Dandelion
St George's day is the day for picking them - to make dandelion wine. You need loads of them, but it is really worth it. Although I must admit, I haven't made it for years. I don't even know now where you can go to collect enough of them. All the good places have been developed - houses, industrial units. Oh well I'll just have to buy some wine instead!
