Monday 7 May 2012: Passionflower (drat, week too early for P is for)
Today being Bank Holiday I decided to clean the upstairs!!! Then as a reward I headed of to a local plant nursery which opens to the public on a few days of the year.
It's not the tidiest place in the world. In fact it makes me feel an awful lot better about my garden. You can pick up some great bargains, especially if you are patient enough to grow things on from plugs (which I'm not!)
I did NOT buy this Passionflower but couldn't resist taking a photo. My haul for the day? 6 Verbena Bonariensis, 3 Cerinthe Major, 1 apple Mint, 1 Ginger Mint, 2 Coreopsis. Small pots but all for £15. all I've got to do is plant them now!
Definitely worth a large look.
