Monday 7 May 2012: A spoon of goodness on a rainy day
Grey rainy day
Morning spent trying to outrun the bad weather to do some work in the garden with no success!
Well I was able to cut the Cavolo nero (black cabbage) leaves (so tiny compared with the real stuff but I hate see things going to waste), so I cooked them and made them into a paste to spread on toasted slices of bread. No bad
After making some order in a tonne of magazines accumulated over the time..cutting inserts, recipes and interesting links I have opted for a lazy afternoon watching DVDs and indulging in chocolate!
