Tuesday 8 May 2012: Bees on the bluebells
The sun came out today and after school while the boys were playing in the garden I sat by the bluebells while loads and loads of honeybees buzzed in and out of them. Yesterday we saw a huge swarm of bees above our hedge and after a quick google it seems it was likely to be part of a swarm that got too big for its home and was hanging around while the scout bees looked for a new home. I think they're pretty harmless but hopefully their new home isn't too close to mine!
Lazy day today with coffee with 2 friends (separately but in same coffee shop so I was there all morning) and a wee bit of ironing. Oh then circuits class, that wasn't lazy, that was hard!
