Pop up cafe

In Christchurch, many of the small businesses have lost their premises, so places "pop up" on empty sections all over town.

This is a pop up cafe, which is very popular on a very busy road.

The signs always amuse me - one says "There is no such thing as too strong coffee just too weak people.

And another assures people of the quality of the coffee, food, and the processes used in no uncertain (but not so genteel) terms!
