Wednesday 9 May 2012: A slow day

After yesterdays excitement I am now trapped at home which is really quite annoying. There's things I could be getting on with but its hard because all my work is in Leeds. I went to the docs this morning to get my rash checked out. Turns out its been triggered by some virus and to be on the safe side I should stay home for the rest of the week, just in case its not what they think it is. So I have planned stuff, e mailed people and generally tried to get as much done as possible but I am finding it quite difficult.

We saw the solicitor this morning and signed our lives away on the contracts for both purchase and sale. Bloody scary, given that I have to find a new job by the end of the year but if you don't take a risk at some point you'll never get to where you want to be. All seems to be okay and its looking like 25th May might be moving day but we'll just have to wait and see. Annoyingly that'll be the weekend when most of our friends are away, Typical!

Right back to finding something useful to do.
