Wednesday 9 May 2012: Street Art... or Graffiti?
I've spotted this wall in Glasgow a couple of times now and kept meaning to take some photos - but it has me pondering - when is a painting on an outside wall graffiti and when is it not? I'd guess this was commissioned/planned as it is part of a bigger piece but it still got me pondering!
