Wednesday 9 May 2012: my love is like a red (well pink) rose
After a few really dark days for me as this next couple of weeks will be hard for me to get through, my lovely hubby (pedroscalls) appeared home from work last night with a gorgeous bunch of flowers.
It was a surprise as in the 11 yrs of being together he had never before bought me flowers.
I was trying to get different shots with the little camera i own and actually was quite pleased with how i got this to come out with the head of the rose focused while the background was out of focus, probably not splendid to many but to me it was an acheivement.
