Wednesday 9 May 2012: Shiny Wocks

Sorry for yet another photo of rocks, but Larkyn spent much of her day today playing with her new "shiny wocks" that we purchased at the botanical gardens gift shop yesterday, to help her feel better about the trains having gone missing.

First thing this morning, she was lining them up on the piano bench in the sunlight, and I knew I had to photograph it. Unfortunately, it was a fleeting moment, and the "wocks" were transported elsewhere, out of the sunlight, and I was left with this image which is a tad over-exposed. I've also noticed that dust on one's piano bench provides teeny-tiny bokeh . . . that's a good reason not to dust, I think! :-)

It's late as I write this, but I have finally finished the client job I have been working on for days and days. Yay! So, hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to be more sociable and visit your journals. Sorry for my absence!

EDIT: I just noticed the "one year ago" image! I didn't remember that her obsession with rocks went so far back. Thanks to Blip, now I know! :-)
