Boarded up

Just another damaged and boarded up old house on the edge of the CBD.

A bleak old day but a good one to bike. It didn't rain on me, I was lit up like a Christmas tree and dressed to keep warm. And it's going to get a whole lot colder yet.

My little chiropractor man did his magic on me after work. All my stretching, wobble board work and pressing pressure points is paying off. My old war wounds are settling. If the weather picks up I might even head into the hills at some point this weekend :-)

Before that happens I need to deal to a headache. I don't get many but I guess it's been a stressful few days.
