Practicing

I went for a walk this afternoon in Whatcom Falls Park. After photographing some Wood Ducks in Scudder Pond, I continued on to the owl tree to see if the babies were out and about. One of them was out on a branch. He was moving back and forth and would occasionally flap his wings. I think he's practicing, getting ready to fly. I took a zillion photographs. This was one of my favorites. Take a look at the large version.
