Saturday 12 May 2012: Not much to it.
A lot to it.
There was nothing, in terms of an eventful day. Still quite sick, so bundled up I kept to remaining indoors and erm.. not doing anything productive either. Homework, well I didn't do none. Even if it was only a couple of sentences on my classics and 2 questions of algebra... STILL SOMETHING.
Feeling quite hazy, still mentally unable to do any homework, but wanting to not let the day go as a waste, I spent the whole afternoon studying my dslr.
And learnt so much. After last night with I, I was well on my way to understanding concepts, and with a bit of youtube, I no longer am utterly perplexed by the terms aperture, shutter speed and ISO. :o) There is a lot to it however. And a lot more practise and repetition of ideas I think . . .
Pretty proud of the lengths I went to to get this. Aperture... large hole, small number. Shutter speed... not fast, not slow. ISO... maximum, inside and don't want flash. mm.
Ending the evening with not homework, but a nice long chat with an old, very distanced friend. Good memories, R.
