Saturday 12 May 2012: Rose shadows
About a month later than usual this year, summer seems to have arrived with the temperature above 30 C this morning already.
Some gains and some setbacks - the trial mounts for my photos that I'd ordered for my exhibition are here and look good. But the frames still have not arrived, nearly three weeks after I ordered them (and was told they would take a week). Very helpful service, though, and, offering to chase them up at the beginning of next week, the assistant did seem to understand the urgency.
Only after I'd posted this did I notice that I blipped a quite similar image last year.
