Saturday 12 May 2012: New Town Door
Mum is with us this weekend, returned from a recent trip out to Australia, and then a cruise back from Dubai.
We went for a wee bimble round the New Town this afternoon, and the sight of Robert Louis Stevenson's house with its jolly red door caught my attention.
Literary heritage - we've got the lot!
We were on the way to McAree Brothers shop in Howe Street where we were like two wee girls in a sweetie shop at the sight of all the different wools. Unfortunately the pic of that was a bit too blurry for publication.
