Saturday 12 May 2012: Daisy
Yesterday I downloaded CHDK for my little Canon compact camera. You put it on an SD card and when you power the camera on with the SD card in you get loads of extra features that are built into the camera but disabled by Canon, for example RAW image saving. Today I played around with it to see what it could do.
This is a common lawn daisy (Bellis perennis) that survived last week's lawn mowing. Taken on my camera's macro setting and the post processed as a DNG file in ufraw/gimp. Hope you like it.
Soon it will be time for pizza and "The Bridge".
