Saturday 12 May 2012: BOGOF!!

Check me, go me! Not one, but TWO Munros "bagged" before midday!!

Set alarm early and off I trundled to Ben Lawers Nature reserve. What a beautiful place it is.
Arrived just after 8am and there was only one other car in the car park.
I admit I was somewhat anxious when I saw the snow upon the summit but I thought what the hec, give it a whirl.

My next purchase may be walking poles, gators and crampons......oh and best not forget my skis for the descent next time! Took my gorilla tripod up for the summit photo, poor camera blew off the stone twice before I bagged this photo!

Made it up Ben Ghlas first and then Ben Lawers (10th highest munro)
Counted 48 cars in car park when I got back!!

Had Lily Allens song running round my Gemini head...........
