Sunday 13 May 2012: Windy Day

As the title says!
My blip was spotted a couple of days ago, I went out to check on it today and decided to take a pic. I'm surprised it's still in one piece as the shrub it's in has taken a battering today.
Looking at it it's not in use, I think it may be an old one from last year.

Last night after blipping we discovered that Mable and 2 of the ducklings had vanished! We don't know how they managed it but we found them on the lawn trying to get in with the grown up ducks & geese.
It's a bit soon for that yet so at bedtime we did a quick move around again lol
It wasn't until we let them out this morning that I realised just how big they have got, they are similar in size to the call ducks who they are now sharing a run with. So it wont be long before they can go and join the others.

We headed out for corn this afternoon and stopped off for a few bits for us. I took a list, well I thought I had! I rummaged in every pocket in my coat & bag... Nope it must have been at home! Obviously this would mean the one crucial thing that we needed would get forgotten! Thinking sod it we got what we thought was right and then headed off for corn.
Got to the farm supplies shop put keys in pocket & guess what was in there??? Yep the list!!!
Amazingly the only thing we'd forgotten was oven chips, phew we can live without those no worries so I was happy :o)

As the day progressed the wind got worst and then after tea the rain came.

Work tomorrow so it'll either be a quick blip or a very late one lol
