Saturday 12 May 2012: At last, sunshine
Highlights of today:
- Going in to get A this morning and the first thing he did was sing a rousing version of 'happy birthday' (yes, today is my birthday)
- A brief but cozy nap with M
- Getting a piece of chocolate cake at Freeman's and A insisted on feeding the whole thing to me instead of eating any himself because it was my birthday cake. What an amazing little soul he is...
- Going to see the bunnies again at Astley Ainslie
- Cuddles and kisses from both of my boys
- Lots of birthday love from my family and from friends
- An absolutely wonderful sushi dinner at Kanpai with my wonderful husband
- Getting to hold hands while we took a walk after dinner
- Purple flowers
- Sunshine, all day long.
