Saturday 12 May 2012: New start for abandoned lambs
Beautiful sunny day on Islay. Couldn't reists this pic of a woman and her son feeding a pair of lambs at the RSPB visitor centre at Loch Gruinart on the north coast.
It turns out these lambs had been abandoned and were going to be reared as pets.
The little boy was very dedicated as he gave his lamb its bottle.
