Sunday 13 May 2012: Dutch skies
A good day for walking and I did with 9 others in the touristical area of Edam Volendam Marken Monickendam. The harbours of Volendam and Marken with tourist shops and bars and restaurants were crowded with thousands of tourist but walking away from those places lead to open land and waters with wide views. This pic shows the eastern side of Marken dike just after a stop at the lighthouse of the island.
