Monday 14 May 2012: Zzzzz...
Well, it was pretty difficult getting everyone out of bed this morning after yesterday's exertions...yawn! Think I'll be in bed by 9pm tonight.
Just as well it's been a quiet day. I popped round to my parents' this morning for a cup of tea, with the ulterior motive of raiding their cupboards for the cookery ingredients Matt needs for school tomorrow, rather than buying stuff we don't often use. Root ginger? Bamboo shoots? Corn oil? Thanks Mum ;)
Housework, cooking and Brownie badge sewing took up the rest of my child-free time. Exciting or what?! This needed attaching to Anna's Brownie hoodie - they're off on a giant Diamond Jubilee picnic with all of the other Tamworth Scouting groups soon. Notice how I've blipped it before I made the usual diabolical job of sewing it on ;)
