Fine drying weather

Blustery, bright, chilly with the odd bit of hail. This little farm nestles so well into the mountain and there is always a line of washing - obviously colours today.
There is an outbreak of measles in the area and it's spreading like wildfire. Nearly 100 children are out from the local secondary school and we have been told that any child that hasn't been innoculated is to stay off school for three weeks - just two of our children. You forget what a nasty illness it is for it seemed to have disappeared but obviously many people opted out of getting their children inoculated. I managed to have measles and chicken pox at the same time - pretty typical.
