Monday 14 May 2012: CIRCLE OF LOVE
The sculpture is made of the Norwegian artist Per Ung, and is called "Verdens gang". It's not easy translated: "The way of the world" or "The course of the world" or even "The gait of the world".
Verdens gang, generally known under the abbreviation VG, is a Norwegian tabloid newspaper. The statue is outside their entrance.
The building is just oppositite of the government quarter that got bombed.
I smiled when I saw on of our ministers passing by on a bike just outside with no security. I'm happy that we managed to overcome fear and let our little country be open as it was before. We want to live in freedom, not fear.
