Monday 14 May 2012: A Bit of Color
Monday is cleaning, tidying, sorting, washing, etc. day. Larkyn usually gets to watch more on the television than I'd like on Mondays, but it allows us to have more fun in the mornings the rest of the week.
So, with all the chores, I didn't really take the time to photograph Larkyn today. After I put her down for her nap, I noticed her pretty dresses hanging on the line - a sight I never tire of. Larkyn wore this dress for the first time on her birthday. Actually, she calls it her birthday dress, and always gets excited to wear it.
Since I had four B&W images in a row, I thought some color would be nice. Now I'm off to tackle our severely neglected guest bedroom. Need to clean it out so that Larkyn can move in. It is much cooler in there in the afternoons than her bedroom, and will help her be more comfortable during her naps. I'll probably also paint it. We'll see what color she chooses . . . :-)
