Sunday 13 May 2012: Bunday afternoon
I've been wanting to try out the enriched dough recipe in my bread maker book for a while now, and today was an ideal opportunity.
Had bought some mixed fruit to make Hot Cross Buns at Easter, but didn't get round to it.
This is my attempt at Chelsea buns.
Good preparation for a surprise baking event tomorrow.
