Mono Monday

Adult Osprey with one young chick in the nest, it's mate was circling around the nest screeching calling to its mate, they mate for life and this is not the first time the pair have nested here, year after year they fly back to this nest, last year they reared two young, this youngster is almost as big as its parent...

I'm not sure what the theme was for the Mono Monday Topic, this was one of the better blips I took today in mono...bring back the old blipfoto, I knew what I was doing back then...
