My Morning Sundog.

This unusual sight greeted me as my teabag stewed in the mug.

By the time I got to work there was a bit of a halo display over Leith: as well as the parhelion seen here, there were 22 and a 46-degree haloes around the Sun, each arc topped by an upper tangent arc and a circumzenithal arc respectively - an aerial display quite uncommon for these parts, especially at this time of year.

Sadly, I did not have my camera with me for all that.

And so it goes.
