Black swans

Enjoyed another lazy day without work. We took advantage of the winter sunshine and went for a walk along the Thames. The ground was still very frosty in places but the path by the river was very squidgy and muddy. We saw a couple of herons fly in but they were too far away to photograph. These black swans were much more obliging and their red beaks shone in the bright sunshine. Nice to be out in the cold fresh air after a few days inside.
