Modest

I needed a couple of wee things in town and went along to see the Hogmanay preparations at the same time. There seem to be a large number of visitors here for what the blip states is 'The Party'. The whole street part thing has passed me by, but it brings loads of extra money into the city and can only be for the good. Lily Allen headlines the Ross Bandstand and she is a bit rebellious and my kind of star. Weather looks good so we'll go and see the fireworks at the bells.
