Wednesday 16 May 2012: Aprons and Books
Elizabeth helped me bake a cake yesterday. She wanted an apron like mine, so I said we would go to the city the next day (planned anyway) and buy her an apron. She said "we go to the city to buy apron and books for me!" She even told this to her grandparents when they arrived later in the afternoon.
So off we went to the city. I got her an apron and oven gloves set from the ELC. £6! Bargin. She didn't get any books, because she wasn't interested in them in the end.
In the evening we all went to the local Chinese Restaurant. This was Rebecca's first time and my goodness did she love the prawn crackers! They kept her amused for almost the whole meal. The staff at the Restaurant were fantastic (as always). They loved the girls, took them both for walks, and kept coming over to play with Rebecca in her high chair.
