Shinrin-yoku - 'forest bathing'

Say what? Apparently it's a Japanese concept, literally meaning "forest bathing', spending time in nature in the forest, which is very good for you.
That's what we did today, a walk in the forest, to chase away the NY's Eve's festivities' cobwebs and to do something healthy and good after days of eating and drinking. This special tree with 5 trunks, one of them lying horizontal, all of them bearing leaves and branches, is part of the arboretum in Groenendaal, close to the Bosmuseum (Museum of the woods) in the Sonian Forest. 5 directions to remind us that there's a whole new year in front of us with many directions? Happy New Year to all of you, may 2015 be a great year and please, a healthy one, for all of us.

Thanks very much for your comments and stars on yesterday's oliebollen, hope you had a very pleasant NY's Eve too.
