Grey day goes without saying or comment.

To counter balance the dreich weather and a few aches and pains, following another high jump coaching session..........
a very pleasant hour was spent at Hatha Yoga, sometimes referred to as the "psychophysical yoga"
Whoaw, came away feeling like a space cadet, in a nice chilled way!
Yogi Bear clinic - I'll be back :-)
