House of Bruar

We stopped at the House of Bruar on our way up to Aultbea to stay with friends at their holiday house. I am constantly amazed at its popularity. Over the years it has been expanding, and the car park is now on both sides of the wee road to Blair Atholl. We found it hard to get a space, but did manage to have our lunch, (in the car), and then a quick visit inside. It had been snowing, but was bright as we went back through the woolens shop. The blip is from the staircase and shows the original building with Ben Vrackie near Pitlochry in the background. It would be better without the upright but needs must.
