Down low

The forecast for today was awful so I took shots of the building on the way into work. Given that I took a photo of the building from the same spot yesterday I tried to make it slightly different by getting down as low as possible at the edge of one of the ponds. However I hadn't taken account of the strong wind and as I crouched down I nearly got blown into the pond!

Although it is yet another blip of the parliament the weather was so awful today I had no chance to get anything else.
