Two ferry trips from Mallaig, today.
This first one, in the morning, was across to the Knoydart Peninsula. To get there you have a choice of this ferry, or on foot. The snowy peak of Ladhar Bheinn looks like a kiddie's drawing of a mountain behind...

In the afternoon we took a wee trip to Skye, but the weather was so horrible we only made it as far as the Clan Donald Centre tearooms for a cuppa and a scone, then back to the ferry... still, M and Mike can now say they've set foot on the island ;)
