Thursday 17 May 2012: Exhausted
Evening all.
Very busy day then a bit of a distressing visit to see my dad this evening meant i didn't get in til after nine.
No time to do anything more than have a quick bit of food ,a swift tincture then off to bed, phone to hand, just in case.
