Friday 18 May 2012: The fish man
Matthew has been filleting fish in Scarborough since he was 12 years old, and expertly prepares a fish in only seconds.
This is a portrait from a feature I was shooting today on a local fish merchants.
This left me rather self conscious of a 'work place odour' I may have become infused with... My next photo job after this was a senior man from the Bank of England, so I explained why I may have smelled of the sea. He smiled, said not much, and stepped back.
I still want fish & chips for dinner, and then a bath!!
