Blip is wonderful. It makes you see things.
Have never noticed this gate before.
In St Aldgates, Oxford, opposite the entrance to Christ Church meadows where I also took many shots - but this is my favourite.
After this I dined at a super Lebanese restaurant in Jericho. Great evening :)
Postscript: I did a Google search. The gate is the entrance to St Aldgates Quad - where accommodation is provided for Christ Church College students.
