Kobi Short Rib & Egg Stack

Starting another 365 daily photo project with this shot from our New Year's Day dinner at Coho Café in Redmond, WA. I decided to follow our waiter's advice and ordered the Kobi Short Rib & Egg Stack. A braised Kalbi short rib on a bed of kimchi fried rice topped with two sunny side up eggs. Delicious!
