2015 - 13

Ross has been making his annual batch of marmalade. The house smells very citrusy and it looks like a good vintage: tawny colour and lots of body. He's been doing this since at least 1993 and we keep a record of the name given to each batch. This year it's Mountain Marmalade - I'll leave him to explain why.
