Derelict Thursday Challenge

I pass this old house every time I go to town, and have been passing it for the last 15 years. It never looks any different except for the length of the lawns and the different old vehicles outside. I do think that perhaps it changes tenants at various times but I am really surprised that it is still standing.
I did notice this morning that the lawns had recently been mowed and a row of trees have been planted, which given a few years will hide the house from the road.
