Pretty entrance

We had our usual monthly coffee morning at church today and although I knew Chris had put the arch up that supports these floral arrangements on Wednesday I was still slightly surprised to see this when I arrived. It is complemented by the pale pink Rhodedendron to the left of the door. Luckily the wedding was yesterday so the day was at least drier if not much brighter.

We are out to celebrate a special birthday for my friend tonight but as I know she is particularly averse to her photo taken, I am leaving the camera at home.
