Birthday boy

James Watt would have been 279 today. One of the world's most famous inventors/engineers, his developments in steam engine technology are one of the key cornerstones of Britain and the world's Industrial Revolution.

He is famous the world over and was born in my hometown of Greenock. We're awful proud of him here.
