Salty Sea-Dog

An old friend who is into coastal rowing told me the local club were putting together an over 50's racing team and that I should come along and try it out.
The other rowers are a friendly lot and Soozy and I hit it off with them from the get go. They even let Soozy "stow away" on our St Ayles Skiff, The St Margaret's Hope on my maiden voyage.
It seems like a pretty nice way to spend a few week day nights and weekends so for now I am officially a "skiffie"
