The Last Coffee

For those that have asked, in 3 weeks time I am doing an 80km Mountain Bike Adventure Race called the Molesworth Muster. Last year it almost killed me.

Sadly, due to holidays and a heavy cold for the last week I haven't been training as much as I would have liked and I am nervous as hell that I will repeat last years effort.

So, as of today, coffee is off the menu for the next 3 weeks, as of Saturday there will be no alcohol. For the next 3 weeks my body will be a temple, so hopefully I don't collapse like I did last year on race day!

BTW, have you seen the short movie "Reverie" made on the EOS 5D MKII - for you Nikon lovers it might be enough to make you swap ;-)
